Chimney Swift Habitat

REYCO also contributes to the community by participating in unique projects. Our masons built a chimney for a bird enthusiast who decided to create a habitat for the declining population of chimney swifts.
While smaller than the usual scale of our projects, REYCO erected a tower that is 25’ tall. The tower will be a roosting cavity for the Swifts in late fall when they gather along the Gulf Coast before they migrate to South America for the winter.
